At Horizon Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
